Refunds

Buyer will be charged a $200.00 fee for returns and cancellations after the E-bike has shipped and canceled or returned for other than an inoperable material defect and inoperable damage returns.

Big Cove E-cycles reserves the right to send a repair part or to correct the defect before a return is to be granted.

Damage in shipment statement correction change:

Please notify us within 24 hrs of the shipment receipt for any defects or damages to accessories or e-bikes. Failure to do so could result in the denial of the merchandise return.
